Sealing structure
We can provide two types of sealing structures;
1. The structure of the metal seal and dust cover of the Nilos Ring AV series.
Nilos Ring metal seal is a type of metal seal specifically designed for grease lubricated bearings, used to protect bearings from the influence of pollutants. It can effectively prevent dirt, dust, debris, and other abrasive pollutants from entering roller bearings, helping to extend the normal operation time of bearings in harsh operating environments and industries.
The dust cover provides effective protection for the metal oil seal.
2. Structure of outer lip rubber skeleton oil seal+O-ring+dust cover.
The outer lip rubber skeleton seal is a radial shaft seal with an inner diameter that fits tightly with the dust cover, and the sealing lip is used to seal the seat hole. The seal is installed with the sealing lip facing outward to provide optimal protection. The main application is grease lubrication of agricultural machinery.
The O-ring is installed on the dust cover and fits tightly with the shaft, providing a good sealing effect as a static seal.
The dust cover provides support and protection for the rubber oil seal and dust cover.
This sealing structure can prevent threats from water, liquids, and dust, and is suitable for working environments with high dust and moisture content, making it more widely used.
